Where's my order?
What size should I get?
Every design is printed on AS Colour blanks, which run true to a standard fit. Each product page lists the measurements for that specific style — check those against a tee you already own rather than guessing off your usual size. Still unsure? Email the design and your chest measurement and we'll point you the right way.
My shirt arrived faulty or you sent the wrong one
That's on us and we'll sort it. If your item is misprinted, faulty, or not what you ordered, email a photo plus your order number within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund it — your choice. This is your right under Australian Consumer Law and we don't muck people around on it. No need to send the faulty one back first.
Can I return it if I just changed my mind?
Because every shirt is printed to order, we can't restock a change-of-mind return, so we don't offer refunds for ordering the wrong size or simply not wanting it. Check the size guide before you buy. Faulty, wrong, or not-as-described items are always covered — that part's non-negotiable. If you're unsure before ordering, ask us first.
Do you do custom or bulk designs?
Sometimes. If you want a design tweaked, a bulk run for a work crew, footy team or buck's trip, or you've got an idea worth stealing, send it through the form and mark it "Design idea / collab". No promises on every request, but the good ones get made. Bulk pricing depends on quantity and print — give us the numbers.

Yes. Printing and fulfilment are handled in Australia through an Australian print-on-demand partner, and the brand is run out of Penrith, NSW. That means domestic postage and no six-week wait from overseas. It also means we're a small operation, so you're dealing with an actual person, not a warehouse in another timezone.
