Returns & Refunds

Every Smoko Society tee is printed to order — there's no warehouse, just your shirt getting made when you buy it. Because of that, we don't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including if you order the wrong size. Check the size guide on each product page before you buy; if you're between sizes, size up.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, or it's not what you ordered, we'll fix it — replacement or full refund, your call, at no cost to you.

Email sales@westernsydneytrades.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the problem

You don't need to post the item back. We'll sort a reprint or refund once we've seen the photos, usually within 2 business days.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

What's not a fault

Normal wear, shrinkage from hot washing or tumble drying against care instructions, and the intentional vintage/distressed texture of our prints aren't defects — that's the design.
