These terms apply when you browse or buy from Smoko Society. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

All apparel is printed to order on AS Colour blanks and fulfilled in Australia. Our designs use an intentional vintage, distressed print style — slight texture variation between prints is part of the look, not a defect. Garment colours may display slightly differently on screen than in person.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We may correct pricing errors, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or a listing error) — if we cancel, you get a full refund.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork and content on this store are the copyright of Smoko Society. You can't reproduce, copy or use them commercially without written permission. Buying a shirt gets you a shirt, not a licence to print your own.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
