Shipping

Every order is printed to order in Melbourne and shipped with Australia Post tracking. No warehouse full of regret — your tee doesn't exist until you order it, so allow time for printing.

Delivery estimates (Australia)

Times below include printing and delivery, door to door:

Standard Post

• Most metro areas: 8–15 business days
• Non-metro areas: 8–20 business days

Express Post (where offered at checkout)

• Most metro areas: 5–12 business days
• Non-metro areas: 5–15 business days

Note: Express speeds up the postage leg only — printing takes the same time either way.

All times are estimates, not guarantees. During busy periods (holidays, sales) printing can run longer.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number once your order is on its way.

International

We currently ship within Australia only.

Wrong address

If you've entered the wrong delivery address, email sales@westernsydneytrades.com.au immediately with your order number. Once an order is in production or shipped, we can't redirect it, and we're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
