Shipping rates (Australia)

• Standard: $5 flat, Australia-wide
• Free standard shipping on orders over $69
• Express: $12

Every order is printed to order in Melbourne and shipped with tracking. No warehouse full of regret — your tee doesn't exist until you order it, so allow time for printing.

Delivery estimates (Australia)

Times below include printing and delivery, door to door:

Standard Post

• Most metro areas: 8–15 business days
• Non-metro areas: 8–20 business days

Express Post

• Most metro areas: 5–12 business days
• Non-metro areas: 5–15 business days

Note: Express speeds up the postage leg only — printing takes the same time either way.

All times are estimates, not guarantees. During busy periods (holidays, sales) printing can run longer.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

International

We ship to a selected list of countries (shown at checkout) for a flat $20. International orders are printed in Australia first, so allow 2–3 weeks door to door.

Wrong address

If you've entered the wrong delivery address, email hello@smokosociety.com.au immediately with your order number. Once an order is in production or shipped, we can't redirect it, and we're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
